The new SMS-Control SC1 from B.E.G. allows you to switch up to two devices on and off independently from anywhere in the world. One text message is all you need to control the heating or watering in your holiday home or an air conditioning system! The system features 2 potential-free relays with up to 10 A of switching capacity. Every switching action is also confirmed by text message. You can also perform free switching actions, for example opening the garage door, using the identification provided by your mobile phone.
Otherwise a PIN system provides authentication. Furthermore the system allows you to receive simple and reliable monitoring information anywhere in the world by text message. The SC1 provides 4 digital inputs (optical couplers) for fire detection and alarm systems for example. No matter where you are, faults relating to the heating or other devices are also sent with immediate effect. These freely configurable text messages can be sent to up to ten separate mobile numbers.
